Our office offers multiple options for orthodontic care, including traditional metal braces, clear braces, and Invisalign and we are pleased to always provide the latest in orthodontic treatment for both children and adults.
Office Manager/Financial Coordinator
I’m Sally. I have the best job in the world! I love building relationships with our patients and enjoy being part of their orthodontic experience every step of the way. I have over 40 years experience in the dental field and I have been with Ballard Orthodontics since April 2007. One of the best parts of my job is knowing that Dr. Ballard does a great job treating our patients and he is super to work with. Our staff makes work not even feel like work with their silly sweetness! My awesome husband Randy and I have a home in Sagle with our daughter Heidi. She is the last of our seven children still at home. We also have 11 grandchildren “so far”. A fun fact about me is that I enjoy going to yard sales and finding treasures.

Hello, I'm Julie. I have been in the orthodontic field since 1996! I hold CDA and COA certifications from DANB. I have worked for Dr. Ballard since he moved to Sandpoint in 2006. My favorite part of being an orthodontic assistant is getting to know the kids and watching them grow and change. I am married and have 2 kids. I love being outdoors enjoying nature in all aspects. We enjoy camping, swimming, hunting, off-roading, and having BBQ’s and bonfires. It is always a fun time with family and friends.

Hi, I’m Kuranda! I have lived in the Sandpoint area since 2010. I’ve had the pleasure of working for Dr.Ballard at Ballard Orthodontics since 2022. It’s been awesome watching our patients start to grow up and the amazing changes to their smiles! I spend all of my free time with my son. We like to go skiing in the winter, hike, fish and camp in the summer.

Hi, I'm Maya. I was born and raised in beautiful Sandpoint, Idaho. I have known for many years that I wanted to work in the dental field, so when I started here at Ballard Orthodontics in November of 2022, I was ecstatic to find out just how much I'd enjoy the job, patients and my coworkers. Dr. Ballard never fails to put a smile on everyone's faces, and I feel very fortunate to support such a wonderful doctor and practice. Outside of the office most of my time is spent with my boyfriend, friends and family, I especially love going to music festivals and being on Lake Pend Oreille all summer long.

Hello, I’m Hailey! I have lived in the Sandpoint/Bonners Ferry area my whole life. I’ve had the pleasure of working for Dr. Ballard since the beginning of 2024. I love coming to work every day, meeting new people and seeing the growth of our patients. It’s a joy and pleasure to work at such an amazing place. Outside the office I spend most of my free time with family and friends. My favorite hobbies are hunting, fishing, snowmobiling, snowboarding and hiking!

Hi there! My name is Reece and I was given the opportunity to work with Ballard Orthodontics winter of 2024. I was born and raised in Kenai, Alaska and moved to beautiful Sandpoint, Idaho in 2022. Working at Ballard Orthodontics with the amazing staff and patients I do, is a blessing to say the least. This job has provided so much joy and purpose in my life along with endless laughter and knowledge. Helping to create beautiful smiles and building amazing connections with patients is a wonderful privilege. Hi, I’m Kylie! I am a Houston, TX native, born and raised, but I decided to trade the Gulf Coast for the mountains when I moved to the Inland Northwest in 2020. I’ve called Sandpoint home since 2021 and absolutely love this community. I have nearly a decade of experience in the dental field, and my favorite part of the job is making sure every patient feels welcomed and truly cared for from the moment they walk through our doors. It is such a joy to work alongside such a talented and caring staff every day! Outside of the office, I stay busy with my wonderful husband, our daughter, and our dog. We love taking advantage of everything North Idaho has to offer—you can usually find us hiking, skiing, or out on the boat. When I’m not exploring the outdoors, I love spending time in the kitchen baking for my family and friends!

Hi, My name is Elaine. I was born and raised in Sandpoint and love everything this area has to offer. After being able to stay home with my kids for several years I was excited to join Dr. Ballard and this amazing team in 2022. I love that I work with friends and for a Doctor who genuinely cares about every person that he treats. My wonderful husband and I have 5 kids. In our spare time we enjoy hiking, boating and movie and game nights together.
